[5/4/25] HI I'M ELLIE AND I HATE DIGITAL COLORING SO MUCH!!!!! recently I've been thinking about why I can't get any art out and honestly I think a lot of it has to do with my medium!! I'm trying to do my webcomic digitally (ibis paint) and I really think that's a part of my problem. I just hate doing my art digitally so much. I don't even honestly know why I ever liked doing it in the first place. I was honestly quite the fan of it in like middle school, coz I would draw fanart and stuff with one of my friends. and for what I was doing at the time, it worked pretty great. But now I feel like it doesn't fit my style and I've lost my footing with it. So much of it has to do with the color and brush dynamics.
[7/8/25] SEATTLE!!!!!
It's july already and I'm already on my long-awaited trip to Seattle! I'm here orignally coz I was gonna see MCR in concert but they weren't coming to DEN. I could have bought tickets for the TX date but I missed the chance (sleeping). anyways, I can't make it to the concert and have been trying to sell my tickets, but I am STILL visiting!!! I think I might move here with my bf one day (he's been wanting to live here for awhile). the past few days has been.. SO.. HOT!!!!! I HATE IT!! It feels like back home coz we've been have like 80-90 degree days for the past few weeks
-_- but yea its supposed to get cooler later tn AND RAIN TOMORROW!!! I LOVE THE RAIN!! I did visit here with my band when we were touring back in march and fell in love with the place. people here are kind of rude n sarcastic but they aren't flat out mean. and not everyone, there are lots of people here that are nice too. when I played a show here in march everyone was SO nice and I love that everyone here seems to be so enthusiastic about art!!
